LEO CAMP!

Day 1

Arrived in school around 1:30pm. we waited for quite some time in the canteen. went round lepak ing and also played big two cuz hui yuan brought poker cards :D they also took our phones and watches away so we wouldn't be aware of the time D'; Jian Wei even covered the clock at the canteen with a black sugar paper! luckily shu mei's camera shows the time :D later, we had to clear the classroom n wash it cuz we'll be sleeping there for one night. they took the water hose in n washed the class floors. and we needed to take off our slippers when we go in after it's washed. later, they asked us to go to the hall for ice breaking session. 'there's a clock in the hall n they din cover it! ' ice breaking session is a session where u'll have to know all the ppl in this camp. we'll be sitting in a circle, then we have to say the names of the ppl in that circle. so, the first person will say their name, then the next will say the first person's name n their own name n so on. so if ur lucky u'll start first, then u don't have to memorise so many ppl's name. i was around middle, luckily i can rmbr all of the names of the ppl on my side. it's because i know most of them so i just need to rmbr some.. pui yin threw a pen up in the air to c who starts first. a few guys couldn't rmbr all our names so they had to receive punishments :D they were guided by ben to spell missisippi using their butt.. hahaha

i'm really sorry but i can't quite rmbr what was after that * scratches head * oh wait, i rmbr! we had to set up the tents! i learned how to pitch a tent! i was in the same tent as guang li, lila and sing yee. the worst thing is, our tent didn't have the rods to support the tent in our bag, so we needed to wait. later, we went to get the extras. we took quite some time to pitch it cuz some of the rods were too long. after that, i think it was time for wash up.. we had fried noodles n fried rice. they said that the fried rice is spicy but i think it's the noodles that's spicy.. hmmm... anyway, after that, we were divided into groups. they asked us to sit in a circle, then they divided into 5 groups using the usual way. they give us a number each. so it's like i say 1 then the person next to me says 2 n so on.i was in group 3. there's about 8 people in one group.

the first game we played was 'untangle the hands' game. ok fine i created that name :D in our group, we'll sit in a circle. then, cross our hands and take the hands of the person opposite us :). then we'll start untangling the hands using anyway we can but cannot let go of the person's hands :) my group finished first! *well.. yes, we cheated a bit.. but just a teeny weeny bit xP*

in our groups, we needed to think of a group cheer as well as a group name. my group name is Happy 3 Rascals. (I know it reminds u of Happy Tree Friends but.. haha) the other group names r: leogaga, the gagas, wee and no name.. i wonder why this time leo camp got so much to do with lady gaga! wee won the best group cheer, my group got third for the group cheer :) anyways, later, in our group, they asked us to stand in one line. gave us each a toothpick, put it in our mouth n use it to pick up the roller coaster that they provide us. we need to pass it to the back without using our hands, only the toothpick and our mouth.. we needed to collect 5 roller coaster for each group in order to win this game..

Later, we played this chair game. they take about 10 chairs and arrange them together in a row. later, two groups will be playing this game. one group on the left n another on the right. later, one of the group member from each side will sit from one chair to another until they meet their opponent group member. then, they will play scissors, paper, stone. when one of the member wins, the opponent member will leave the chair and another member of the losing team will sit from the end until he/she reaches the opponent side n try to prevent the opponent winning team from crossing over to the other side. when the losing team leaves the chair, the one who won the game of scissors paper stone will have to continue sitting from one chair to another until they reach to the other side.. when the group passed over the other side for 10 times, then they will be considered as the team who won. my team was the most aggressive team while playing this game! one of the chairs broke when they played this game! *ssshhhh* so it's just like a big game of scissors paper stone involving chairs :D

after playing that game, we rest for a while and they gave us a bottle of 1.5 litre soft drink for each group :) we were waiting for some of the old seniors to come n tell us ghost stories :) after abt half an hour, they asked us to go to the committee room to listen to ghost stories. the committee room is 1 Pi and 1 omega :) it wasn't even scary.. probably cuz the ppl who told the ghost stories aren't very fluent in eng but one of the seniors was quite good. he told us that when we go camping, when we go to sleep, we should put one slipper facing one side n the other slipper facing another side. he said it's to prevent the 'ghost' from walking using our slippers n making the sound of footsteps at night while we're camping. hahaha. he also said that, at night, don't shine the torch onto a tree or up the sky. why? because if u happen to shine on a pontianak, it will come n haunt youuu. how to prevent it from haunting u? he said that if u happen to shine on it, there r two ways to stop it from haunting you. there's a polite and rude way ;p. the polite way is to just say your prayers toward it or read some jampi. the rude way is well, take out ur shoe or slipper, shout out all the fowl words u know, like scolding the shoe/slipper n throw at the it. he said that it will be scared of u. but honestly, i didn't believe him.. n if we use the rude way, we'll lose a slipper/shoe!!! later, he said ( more for girls) don't look into the mirror if you go to the toilet at midnight. then he told us a story of this girl who didn't believe this. she went to the toilet at midnight n look at her reflection in the mirror. later, she said: see, nothing's wrong. then, later, her reflection in the mirror, took a knife (or something, i have no idea how she got the knife) n scarred her own face with it.later, she felt liquid trickling down her face, she touched her own face and she saw red liquid on her fingertips. r u terrified by these stories? nahh it's not scary at all ;p later, it was time to wash up..then time to sleep.. when it was time to sleep, the girls in one of the tents kept talking so loudly until we couldn't sleep plus it was super hot in the tent! n i kept coughing =.=ll lila was super geng she slept damn fast! after they were so noisy for some time, suddenly someone came out of the tent n said, can u pls shut up? it was damnnnn funny! LOL!( maybe u wouldn't find it funny cuz u weren't there ) anyway, after some time, we managed to sleep after all :)

Later around 3 am or smthg ( i don't know cuz i dun have a watch or my phone.. ), they woke us up to play OBH ( Operasi Burung Hantu ). they asked us to bring our tie as well. we went to the committee's room to listen to the rules and regulations. so, they'll blindfold us, lead us to some place in school, n we'll have to wait there.. they will tap our shoulders, say leo n we must say roar. altogether there r 38 ppl playing this game. each of us will be given a number n we need to rmbr it.. *i was number 38 =.="*cuz they say this game very dangerous n stuff (but it's not) so they need to know if we're safe n stuff.. they blindfolded us, then brought us around the school.. i was so sleepy at that time.. i practically slept while being blindfolded.. lol.. anyway, after they took off our blindfolds, we needed to go to the open space near the block D girls toilet. they asked said number 1-38 n we have to raise our hand when they say our number.. then, they let us go back to our tents n sleep..
